The Institute for Water and Climate Initiative is a Uttar Pradesh-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities—especially women and youth—by enhancing their social, economic, and environmental well-being. Through education, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods, we foster inclusive growth and gender equity. We are committed to advancing sustainable water management, improving sanitation and hygiene, addressing pollution, and implementing effective waste management strategies. Our initiatives embrace the principles of the circular economy, advocate for green budgets, and promote green infrastructure, ensuring the creation of climate-resilient communities. With a strong focus on climate change mitigation and adaptation, we aim to build long-term environmental sustainability while supporting policies that prioritize environmental health and social equity.
