Health is a fundamental right, yet in many underserved communities it remains out of reach. We support preventive healthcare through health awareness programmes, sanitation drives, menstrual hygiene education, nutrition education, and collaborations for basic health check-ups — aiming to reduce avoidable health risks.
We integrate nutrition education, screening, referrals, and community mobilization — including support for adolescent girls and women — to promote balanced diets, reduce anaemia, improve menstrual health practices, and strengthen overall well-being. Through community engagement and sustained awareness, we help families adopt healthier practices and access essential health services.
According to NFHS-5 (2019-21), 35.5% of children under five are stunted and 32.1% are underweight, reflecting widespread undernutrition among young children.
Anaemia affects 67% of children aged 6–59 months and over 50% of women aged 15–49 years, including pregnant mothers, posing serious risks to growth, learning, and maternal health outcomes.
Poor diets, micronutrient deficiencies, and limited access to services slow physical and cognitive development, increasing health vulnerabilities across generations.
